Description
The State of Mississippi, Department of Finance and Administration, is seeking vendors to provide laundry and linen rental services. The contract will be for a period of two years, commencing on March 1st and terminating on February 28th. Vendors are required to provide a wide range of linen products, including sheets, pillowcases, blankets, bath towels, hand towels, and miscellaneous items. The successful bidder will be required to provide these services at various state facilities, and must comply with the State of Mississippi's Standard Terms and Conditions. Key requirements include:
• Providing high-quality linen products that meet or exceed the specified standards
• Ensuring timely and regular delivery of clean, usable linens
• Maintaining accurate records and providing reports as required
• Complying with all applicable laws, regulations, and state policies
• Providing professional laundry and linen rental services, including sorting, washing, sanitizing, tumbling, starching, ironing, folding, mending, marking, bundling, and delivery.
