Description
The California Department of Resources Recycling and Recovery (CalRecycle) is seeking a contractor to perform remediations at solid waste disposal sites, illegal disposal sites, waste tire sites, and/or emergency disaster debris cleanup sites located in Northern California on an as-needed basis during the agreement period. The contractor will serve as a backup for other environmental services contractors serving other geographic areas of California and may be required to work in those areas if resources to perform tasks in accordance with CalRecycle's requirements are unavailable. The scope of work includes performing remediations, serving as a backup for other contractors, and working in other areas of California as needed. Key responsibilities include:
• Performing remediations at solid waste disposal sites, illegal disposal sites, waste tire sites, and/or emergency disaster debris cleanup sites
• Serving as a backup for other environmental services contractors
• Working in other areas of California as needed
• Completing and submitting all required documents and responses through the electronic bid submission platform
