HARP Trail Extension

The City of Elko is seeking qualified contractors to construct the HARP Trail Extension beneath the 12th Street Bridge on the south side of the Humboldt River. The project includes earthwork, paving, drainage, and related civil works as detailed in the electronic plan set. Bidders must submit electronic bids via DemandStar and attend a mandatory pre‑bid meeting. • Location: South side of the Humboldt River, Elko, NV (12th Street Bridge area) • Scope: Trail extension, asphalt paving, utility relocation, ditch maintenance, dust control, and related construction services • Required commodities: Asphalt pavers (self‑propelled & towed), general construction services, crushing & screening, dredging, dust control, inspection services, and utility relocation • Deliverables: Complete construction of the trail segment in accordance with provided plans and specifications, including all required permitting and inspections.
