Budget estimate

$500,000 – $2,000,000

The budget for this contract is likely to be in the range of $500,000 to $2 million per year, depending on the scope of services and the number of students served. This estimate is based on the fact that the program must provide a minimum of 9 hours of programming per day, with a total of 9 hours of instructional time, recess, and meals, and must maintain a student-to-staff ratio of no more than 10 to 1. The vendor must also provide a detailed plan for recruiting, hiring, and retaining staff, as well as a plan for professional development and training, which will also impact the cost.
