AIRPORT JANITORIAL SERVICES FOR AIRPORT TERMINAL AND FAA/FSDO FACILITY

The City of Riverside is seeking a qualified firm to provide comprehensive janitorial cleaning services for both the public Airport Terminal and the adjacent FAA/FSDO Facility. The contractor must supply all consumables, use environmentally‑friendly cleaning products, manage daily to annual cleaning tasks (including waste removal, restroom sanitation, floor care, carpet shampooing, window cleaning, and periodic deep‑cleaning), and meet FAA security‑clearance requirements for staff working in the federal facility.
