PROVIDE, INSTALL, AND MAINTAIN A 10GB, NON-SWITCHED, ETHERNET CIRCUIT BETWEEN MA AND MA.

This solicitation seeks a vendor to provide, install, and maintain a dedicated 10 Gbps non‑switched Ethernet circuit connecting two sites within Massachusetts. The contract will be awarded using a Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) source‑selection process. All pricing must be broken out as monthly recurring charges and any applicable non‑recurring fees. The requirement is a commercial telecommunications service and is not set‑aside for small businesses. The solicitation is issued under a DITCO Basic Agreement and access to the full solicitation package is restricted to entities with that agreement. • Provide a 10 Gbps non‑switched Ethernet lease line (MA ↔ MA) • Install the circuit and perform all necessary testing • Ongoing maintenance and support for the life of the contract • Submit pricing in monthly recurring and/or non‑recurring formats • Compliance with FAR Part 12, DFARS, and DITCO clauses • Evaluation based on LPTA (lowest price technically acceptable)
