Budget estimate

$500,000 – $1,500,000

Based on comparable municipal park renovation projects in Texas, a full hardscape, lighting, and masonry upgrade for a medium‑size park typically ranges from $0.5 million to $1.5 million in total contract value. The lower end reflects a modest scope (limited paving and basic lighting), while the higher end accounts for extensive masonry veneer, premium LED fixtures, and comprehensive site work. Factors influencing the final amount include material selections, site conditions, and any change‑order modifications during construction.
