Reconfiguration of 2nd Floor Conference Space Building 36000

The Mission and Installation Contracting Command (MICC) Fort Hood is issuing a pre-solicitation notice for an invitation for bids (IFB) firm fixed price construction contract to reconfigure Building 36000 2nd Floor Conference Space. The project includes demolition and construction of walls, doors, electrical power and lighting, mechanical ductwork, plumbing fixtures and lines, and adjustment of fire suppression, alarm, and mass notification systems. The work shall be located at Building 36000 located at the intersection of Wratten Drive and Shoemaker Lane Fort Hood, Texas. • The contractor shall provide all plant, supervision, labor, materials, equipment, supplies, and transportation necessary to complete this scope of work. • All work shall comply with applicable State, local, and Federal laws and regulations, industry and construction codes and standards, manufacturer's specifications and recommendations, and all contract special provisions, terms, and conditions. • The magnitude of the procurement is estimated to be between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. • The acquisition is 100% Certified Women Owned Small Business Set Aside under NAICS 236220 (Size Standard $45.0 Million).
