Notice of Intent to Sole Source - Acadia Contract Extension

The National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA) is seeking to issue a contract extension for the ACADIA requirements to ensure continuity of services during the competitive acquisition of the follow-on contract (ACADIA II). The ACADIA contract provides Test and Evaluation (T&E) services, including image quality and utility assurance services, production and maintenance of data quality standards and scales, technical support and management of an independent enterprise verification testing environment, and development/operation/maintenance of automated test tools in both cloud and DevOps environments. • The contract extension is intended to ensure continuity of services during the competitive acquisition of the follow-on contract. • The ACADIA contract provides various T&E services, including image quality and utility assurance services. • The contract also involves production and maintenance of data quality standards and scales. • Technical support and management of an independent enterprise verification testing environment are also part of the contract. • The development, operation, and maintenance of automated test tools in both cloud and DevOps environments are included in the contract scope.
