Description
The City of Madison Engineering Division is requesting proposals for Laboratory Services from qualified and experienced vendors. The project includes providing all sample containers, shipping services, sample analysis, and analysis report preparation and delivery for the City of Madison. The Vendor will provide testing services on all waters, soils, and sediments for the parameters to be determined by the City of Madison Engineering Division.
Key aspects of the job include:
• Providing all sample containers, shipping services, sample analysis, and analysis report preparation and delivery
• Testing services on all waters, soils, and sediments
• Compliance with all applicable governmental regulations, project-specific quality standards, and accepted good practice for the type of work being performed
• Certification by the Wisconsin DNR, and preferably NELAP or equivalent, to perform the work required
