2026-2028 Teton County Fair Electrical Contract

The Teton County Fair is seeking a qualified electrical contractor to provide comprehensive electrical services and support for the annual fair. The contract will be awarded for an initial one-year term, with the option for two additional one-year terms. The contractor will be responsible for ensuring safe, reliable, and responsive electrical operations throughout the fair week, including support for RV campers, carnival operations, vendors, entertainment, livestock activities, concerts, and other event partners. • The contractor must provide all necessary equipment and personnel to perform the work. • The contractor must ensure that all work is done in accordance with the Scope of Work and contract documents. • The contractor must be available to respond to electrical issues and emergencies during the fair. • The contractor must provide a detailed plan for electrical services, including support for RV campers, carnival operations, vendors, entertainment, livestock activities, concerts, and other event partners. • The contractor must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to electrical safety and licensing.
