NOTICE OF INTENT TO ESTABLISH SOLE SOURCE CONTRACTS

The Tri-County Metropolitan Transportation District of Oregon (TriMet) intends to establish sole source contracts with various vendors for the supply of proprietary components for their Bus and Rail fleets and associated infrastructure. The total estimated purchase value for the two-year term of the contracts is approximately $16,000,000.00.
