The Texas A&M AgriLife Extension Service is seeking proposals for electronic postage services. The selected vendor will provide electronic postage services to the university. The proposal should include pricing, service capabilities, and any other relevant information. • The proposal should be submitted electronically through the AggieBid site.
• Vendors must register as a bidder within AggieBid to respond to this solicitation electronically.

• A pre-proposal webinar will be held on Thursday, May 14, 2026, at 2:00 P.M. (Central Time).
