Description
The State of West Virginia is seeking a vendor to replace an existing rooftop unit at Building 88. The vendor must provide all labor and materials to remove the existing 5-ton heat pump and replace it with a new unit compatible with the building's BAS system. The vendor is also responsible for installing new sensors, replacing existing disconnects, and providing a new thermostat.
