Description
This solicitation seeks a California‑certified small‑business to provide on‑call vehicle transportation services for Cal OES, including provision of qualified Class A/B drivers, operation of agency‑owned or leased vehicles, and statewide emergency logistics support. The contractor must maintain a pool of at least ten drivers, be available 24/7, and comply with all insurance and regulatory requirements.
• Supply Class A/B licensed drivers (minimum 10) with ≥4 years experience, available within 4 hours of notification.
• Operate Cal OES vehicles statewide, maintain fuel card logs, and report breakdowns promptly.
• Maintain required insurance coverages (CGL $1 M, Auto $2 M, Workers’ Comp) and submit certificates before performance.
• Provide 24/7 on‑call service for the contract period (July 2026 – May 30 2028) with an optional 12‑month extension.
