The United States Marine Corps (USMC) intends to award a firm-fixed-price purchase order to Skydive Elsinore for Military Freefall (MFF) Progression and Sustainment Training Services. The 3d Reconnaissance Battalion requires contracted air support, ZAR-approved drop zones, parachute rigger support, and specific climate-controlled facilities to supplement military aircraft and attain the volume of jumps needed for MFF sustainment. The training will take place in Lake Elsinore, CA, and Porterville, CA, from 18 May 2026 to 7 June 2026.
• The contractor must provide all required aircraft, drop zones, and facility infrastructure in both locations.
• The contractor must have the ability to support high-altitude parachute operations and training requirements.
• The contractor must have airspace restrictions over Lake Elsinore that prohibit the adequate environment for high-altitude training requirements.
• The contractor must have suitability of Porterville Airfield for this high-altitude type of jumps and its own facility located there.
