Description
The project involves the construction of a new multi-sport athletic field with dugouts and a player locker room and cafeteria building at Packer Park Sports Complex. The work includes site grading, site utilities, concrete sidewalks, fencing, concrete foundations, masonry, structural steel, interior finishes, electrical, mechanical, and plumbing related work. The successful bidder will be required to begin procuring materials on receipt of the Notice to Proceed and complete the work on or before February 1, 2027.

• The owner is Colquitt County School District.
• The architect is Altman + Barrett Architects.
• A mandatory pre-bid conference will be held on March 6, 2026, at 10:00 a.m.
• Bids will be received until March 19, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. local time.
• The bid security shall be submitted with each bid in the amount of 5% of the bid amount.
