Description
The West Virginia Purchasing Division is soliciting bids for the one-time purchase of servers, storage, networking, software, cabinets, PDU's, support, training, and deployment services for the Capitol Complex Data Center. The goal is to replace end-of-life hardware located in Building 6000 Alpha-hosted Data Center. The required items include Dell PowerEdge R770 servers, Dell PowerStore 3200Q Storage Array, Dell DS-7720B - Fibre Channel Switches, and other related equipment.
• The contract will be for a fixed amount.
• Vendors may submit questions relating to this solicitation until July 13, 2026.
• Bids must be submitted on or before July 21, 2026, at 1:30 P.M.
• The bid opening location is the Department of Administration, Purchasing Division, 2019 Washington Street East, Charleston, WV 25305-0130.
