SUNY MARITIME ACADEMY (ENGINE, DECK, RETAKES) EXAMS

The US Government Publishing Office is seeking a contractor to produce 871 total exam copies, consisting of four lots with multiple items per lot, for the SUNY Maritime Academy. The contractor will be required to print, bind, and deliver the exams to the USCG Regional Exam Center in New York. The exams must be produced in accordance with the specified quality level and standards, and the contractor must ensure the security and confidentiality of the exam materials. The contractor will be required to provide a security plan and adhere to the Government's security requirements. • The contractor must produce the exams in 4-color process and black with type/rule matter, charts, illustrations, and diagrams. • The exams must be printed face and back (head to head) with no bleeds. • The contractor must bind the exams with one staple in the upper left corner. • The contractor must deliver the exams via traceable means to the USCG Regional Exam Center in New York. • The contractor must provide a distribution notice to the ordering agency on the same day that the product ships/delivers.
