Description
The Department of Public Safety and Correctional Services is seeking to procure a 36-month contract for OpenText License Renewal for Rightfax. The contract will be for the provision of COTS software, installation and training services, and manufacturer's software maintenance. The solicitation is limited to SBR Master Contractors that are awarded a contract under the Commercial Off-the-Shelf Software (COTS 2012).
• The contract will be for a fixed price.
• The contractor must provide the estimated ship date/lead time for each item listed in the PORFP.
• The contractor must be an authorized reseller for the Manufacturer named in Section 1.
• The contractor must include a screenshot of the Manufacturer's Suggested Retail Price (MSRP) with the bid.
• The contract will be awarded to a responsive and responsible Master Contractor that provides the most advantageous offer considering the price and evaluation factors.
