$500,000 – $2,000,000

Given the scope of work, which includes removing and replacing existing utilities on and around a pier, the estimated budget could range from $500,000 to $2,000,000. This estimate takes into account the cost of materials, labor, and equipment required for the job, as well as the need for certified testing of all newly installed systems.
