6540 - Various Eye Equipment - CMO

The Columbia VAMC is seeking to acquire various eye equipment for their Rolla CBOC Eye Clinic. This is a brand name or equal requirement. The vendor must submit their OEM letter of authorized distributor, and all quoted items must be manufactured in the US. The solicitation includes a statement of work and a price/cost schedule. • The solicitation is unrestricted and not set-aside. • The non-manufacturer rule applies, but an exception may be made for small business awards. • The vendor must provide an authorized distributor letter that identifies them as an authorized distributor of the brand they are quoting. • Past performance will be subject to review for the quoted vendor. • The VA intends to make one all-or-none award for all CLINs.
