Description
The Texas Office of the Attorney General (OAG) is issuing an Invitation for Bid (IFB) to procure a full suite of office furniture for its Field Support locations. Required items include tables, chairs, credenzas, desks, printer stations, and associated delivery and installation services. All equipment must meet or exceed the specifications of the referenced brand models listed in the solicitation’s pricing table; alternative brands are acceptable if they provide equal or superior quality and detailed product information is supplied. Bids are to be submitted through the Bonfire procurement portal, and vendors must be registered on the Bonfield system. The solicitation references specific NIGP codes for the furniture categories and notes that vendors should be on the Texas Comptroller’s Centralized Master Bidders List (CMBL).
