Description
The Los Angeles Unified School District seeks a qualified consulting firm to develop a district‑wide, actionable expansion plan for its Community‑Based Safety Programs. The contractor will lead stakeholder engagement, create standardized program frameworks, design evaluation metrics, recommend staffing models, strengthen inter‑agency partnerships, and produce a comprehensive implementation roadmap and Board‑ready presentation. Deliverables include a stakeholder engagement summary, bi‑weekly progress reports, a draft plan by early September, a final plan with funding and sustainability recommendations, and supporting presentation materials.
• Conduct inclusive stakeholder interviews, focus groups, surveys, and workshops across LAUSD schools and community partners.
• Develop standardized program expectations, operating principles, staffing templates, and a robust evaluation framework with metrics and data‑collection methods.
• Produce a full expansion plan, implementation roadmap, funding strategy, and Board of Education presentation, with interim drafts due September 2026 and final delivery by March 2027.
