Denver Water is seeking a vendor to provide comprehensive hosting services, ongoing maintenance, and a full redesign of its public-facing website. The selected vendor must meet minimum qualifications, including an uptime guarantee of 99.9% or greater, full WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility compliance, and adherence to the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS). The vendor will be required to sign a non-disclosure agreement and may be permitted to visit Board facilities.
