Description
The US Army is seeking a non-personal services contract to provide food, lodging, and facility usage for cadets participating in the Junior Cadet Leadership Challenge (JCLC) in Chicago from May 25 to June 12, 2026. The contractor will be responsible for providing all necessary personnel, equipment, supplies, and services to support the event. The contract will include the provision of meals, lodging, and training facilities for approximately 300 cadets and 86 cadre members. Key services include:
• Providing breakfast, lunch, and dinner meals for cadets and cadre
• Providing lodging for cadets and cadre
• Providing training facilities and support for the JCLC event
The contractor must ensure that all services are provided in accordance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS) included in the contract.
