Description
The Berkshire Regional Group Purchasing Program (BRGPP) is seeking bids for the supply of cold patch for various towns in Berkshire County. The contract is for the fiscal year 2027, from July 1, 2026, to June 30, 2027. Bidders must be pre-qualified by MassDOT for certain classes of work. A 5% bid deposit is required, and all bids are subject to prevailing wage rates. The bid package is available through the BRGPP's online procurement portal.
• The cold patch must be delivered and picked up for various participating towns in the Berkshire Region.
• Insurance is required for deliveries.
• The bid package includes specifications for the cold patch, including the UNSPSC code 30-12-16 for Asphalts.
• Bids must be submitted through the online procurement portal by April 2, 2026, at 1 PM.
• Minority and woman-owned businesses are encouraged to submit bids.
