Budget estimate

$48,700,000 – $243,500,000

The budget for this project is not explicitly stated in the document. However, based on the scope of work, which includes structural reconstruction, installation of flood mitigation protection, and replacement of existing hatches and manholes, the project is likely to be a large-scale construction project. The contract term is for substantial completion within 487 days, which suggests a significant project duration. Assuming an average daily construction cost of $100,000 to $500,000, the total project cost could be estimated to be around $48.7 million to $243.5 million. However, this is a rough estimate and the actual budget may vary depending on various factors, including the complexity of the project, the number of bidders, and the final contract award.
