Description
The Department of Natural Resources, Division of Forestry & Fire Protection, is soliciting bids for the purchase of two 10-foot by 56-foot modular locker room trailers. The trailers will be used as locker room and personnel support facilities for the Division of Forestry & Fire Protection in Fairbanks, Alaska. The scope of work includes all labor, materials, equipment, components, fabrication, assembly, permitting, delivery, and on-site setup required to provide two complete and fully operational units upon delivery. Key features of the trailers include electrically powered mechanical systems, insulation, doors, windows, lockers, and interior finishes. The contractor shall provide a one-year warranty covering 100% parts and labor for all components.
• The trailers must be new, unused, and free from defects in materials and workmanship.
• The trailers must meet all applicable federal, state, and borough laws, regulations, codes, and requirements.
• The contractor shall provide building permits prior to delivery.
• The contractor shall provide all required blocking, jacks, or piers necessary for proper installation.
• The trailers must be delivered FOB destination and installed at the State’s designated site(s).
• The contractor shall provide a one-year warranty covering 100% parts and labor for all components.
