The Spokane County Regional Animal Protection Service (SCRAPS) is seeking bids for the printing of license renewal notices and envelopes for mailing services. The contract requires the printing of 35,000-40,000 license renewal notices and 45,000 customer bill envelopes and remit envelopes annually. The successful bidder will be responsible for providing all necessary materials, equipment, and labor to complete the job.
