The North Carolina A&T State University Facilities Department is seeking qualified contractors to upgrade the heating and hot‑water systems in four on‑campus dormitory buildings. The scope includes removal of existing equipment, installation of new boilers, pumps, piping, controls, and related mechanical work, as well as coordination with the design firm (RMF) to obtain complete plans and specifications.
