Description
The City of Stockbridge is seeking a consultant to update its Unified Development Code (UDC) and Sign Ordinance to align with the 2028 Comprehensive Plan and other adopted city plans. The project includes reorganizing zoning regulations, adding recently approved text amendments, resolving conflicts with other City plans and the City Code Ordinances, refining design standards for commercial, industrial, and residential zoning districts, and enhancing user accessibility through illustrations and digital formats. A robust public engagement process will be implemented to ensure community-supported outcomes, including stakeholder meetings, workshops, and charrettes. The final deliverables will include revised zoning and sign ordinances, a project management plan, a public engagement strategy, and a comprehensive final report.
