Idaho Falls Power (IFP) is soliciting Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) from qualified firms for professional power-related engineering services associated with WECC compliance testing and technical apparatus support. The selected firm will provide services for the current WECC testing cycle, with optional renewal for subsequent testing cycles.
