Description
The Town of Holly Springs is seeking a Building Commissioning Agent to provide comprehensive commissioning services for the Eagles Landing Park Project, which includes the construction of a new recreation center, picnic shelters, a restroom building, and interior renovations to an existing facility. The selected firm will be responsible for reviewing contractor submittals, evaluating systems, developing and administering functional testing procedures, and leading the functional acceptance testing of all commissioned systems. The scope of work also includes post-occupancy services such as opposite-season testing and participation in a 12-month measurement and verification effort for energy performance.
Key aspects of the project include:
• Comprehensive commissioning services throughout the construction, occupancy, and operational phases of the facility
• Review of contractor submittals and evaluation of systems
• Development and administration of functional testing procedures
• Leadership in functional acceptance testing of all commissioned systems
• Post-occupancy services including opposite-season testing and participation in a 12-month measurement and verification effort for energy performance
• Preparation of a commissioning systems manual and operations and maintenance plan
• Coordination with the design team, contractor, and owner
