The City of Presque Isle is seeking a qualified, factory‑authorized dealer to supply two brand‑new ground‑support carts: one lavatory service cart and one potable‑water service cart, each meeting detailed technical specifications (tank capacities, pump performance, insulation, chassis, and warranty requirements). The contractor must deliver the equipment within 12 weeks of order receipt and provide warranty documentation with the bid. Bids are sealed, submitted on a City‑provided form, and opened publicly the day after the deadline.
• Deliver one new lavatory service cart (≥ 35 gal waste tank, 12 V DC pump, insulated battery compartment, etc.).
• Deliver one new potable‑water service cart (80‑gal FDA‑stainless steel tank, immersion heater, 12 V DC pump, etc.).
• Must be a factory‑authorized dealer able to perform warranty work and furnish warranty information.
• Delivery deadline: ≤ 12 weeks after order; bid deadline: 2:00 PM Mar 17 2026.
