Description
The University of Toledo is seeking a comprehensive, configurable Faculty Activity Reporting (FAR) and Review, Promotion & Tenure (RPT) platform to replace its current Interfolio system. The solution must integrate with the university’s Banner ERP, ingest data from multiple scholarly sources, support configurable workflows, meet strict accessibility (WCAG 2.1 AA) and security standards (HECVAT Full, SOC 2 Type II preferred, Azure Entra SSO with MFA), and be fully operational by 30 Apr 2027. The contract includes software licensing, cloud storage, full implementation, data migration, training, ongoing support, and optional renewals.
• Required integrations: Banner, Web of Science/Clarivate, SFTP/REST API ETL pipelines, optional Qualtrics, Dynamic Forms, Blackboard.
• Core functionalities: capture teaching, research, service activities; customizable RPT workflows, committee voting, automated document generation, robust reporting, audit logs (≥ 4 years).
• Services: end‑to‑end implementation, migration from Interfolio, training (online & instructor‑led), 24/7 support with SLA (critical outage acknowledgment within 1‑4 hrs), optional AI‑driven template generation (opt‑out).
• Contract terms: 5‑year base term (option to renew another 5 years), net‑30 payment, insurance and compliance requirements, and a go‑live date of 30 Apr 2027.
