Description
The Office of State Procurement is seeking bids for emergency Receiving, Staging and Storage Sites (RSS) Strategic National Stockpile or a Regional Distribution Site (RDS)/Emergency Support Function 8 (ESF8) Operations for the Louisiana Department of Health. The contract will be for a period of 3 years, with the option to extend for two additional 12-month periods. The contractor will be required to provide warehousing and staffing services, and to comply with all applicable federal and state laws and regulations.
• The contract will be awarded to the bidder who submits the most responsive and responsible bid.
• The contractor will be required to provide a price sheet and to comply with all instructions to bidders.
• The contract will be subject to termination for convenience or cause, and the contractor will be required to indemnify the state against any claims or damages.
• The contractor will be required to comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to civil rights, disabilities, and the environment.
