Capital Project Services Support: Civil/Roadway Engineering

The County is seeking professional services for Civil and Roadway Engineering. The County is looking for a consultant who can demonstrate a clear understanding of the services requested and has experience working on similar projects. • The consultant will be required to provide a Functional Consultant Rate Schedule, which will include position titles and maximum billing rates. • The consultant will be responsible for submitting invoices in a format approved by the County. • The consultant will be required to have knowledge and experience with the County's computing standards, including Microsoft Office 365 and AutoCAD. • The consultant will be evaluated on their sustainable practices and will be required to provide specific examples and metrics. • The consultant will be required to provide references and will be evaluated on their past performance and compliance with specifications and contractual obligations.
