Elevator Repair & Maintenance Contract

It is the intent of this contract to employ a contractor for the comprehensive maintenance and service of the University’s inventory of elevators and associated lifting equipment. The contractor will maintain the University’s inventory in peak operating condition and performance with minimal downtime so that this inventory will continue to support the University in the successful accomplishment of its mission. Successful vendor will most likely require an onsite full time mechanic to address all preventative maintenance items and also respond to emergency entrapment calls or quick repairs.
