Boiler Replacement Project

The Washington County, WI is seeking bids for a boiler replacement project. The project involves the removal of 3 existing boilers and the installation of 2 new Lochinvar boilers, as well as the replacement and/or reworking of existing valves and piping serving the boiler system. The work must be substantially completed by October 30, 2026, with the associated work to the existing boiler completed no later than October 02, 2026. • The project requires a mandatory pre-bid meeting on July 23, 2026, at 10:30 AM (CT) at the Washington County Herbert J Tennies Government Center. • The bid documents must be manually signed and uploaded for submission through Demand Star. • Washington County reserves the right to waive any informalities or technicalities and to reject any and all bids or parts thereof deemed to be unsatisfactory or not in the County’s best interest.
