Construction Manager/General Contractor Services

The City of Pocatello is seeking qualified firms to provide construction manager/general contractor services for a partial remodel of City-owned real property located at 2405 Garrett Way, Pocatello, Idaho. The selected firm will be responsible for performing certain CM/GC services in accordance with Idaho Code 67-2320. The scope of work includes a partial remodel of the City-owned property. Key considerations for the project include the firm's experience with similar projects, their ability to meet the project timeline, and their overall qualifications. • The firm must be currently licensed to perform CM/GC services in the State of Idaho. • The firm must provide their qualifications to perform the required services. • The firm must be able to meet the project timeline and budget. • The firm will be responsible for performing certain CM/GC services in accordance with Idaho Code 67-2320.
