Description
The U.S. Navy is seeking a contractor to install a blood bank freezer on the USS TRIPOLI LHA-7. The work will be performed in Sasebo, Japan, and the contractor must have an active U.S. Navy Master Ship Repair Agreement (MSRA) or Agreement for Boat Repair (ABR) in the Japan Region. The contract will be awarded to the responsible offeror whose offer is most advantageous to the Government, considering price and other factors. The contractor will be required to provide a quality management system acceptable to the Government and perform inspections and tests to substantiate that the material and workmanship conform to the drawings, specifications, and contract requirements.
