The UChicago Argonne, LLC on behalf of Argonne National Laboratory is seeking proposals for a complete, rack‑scale artificial‑intelligence computing system (“Equinox”) to be installed at its Lemont, Illinois facility. The Base System consists of sixteen NVIDIA GB300 NVL72 compute racks plus all required networking, storage integration, software licensing, installation, testing, documentation, maintenance, and support. Offerors may also submit optional Alternative Commercial Structure (ACS) proposals and must provide a detailed technical solution, delivery schedule, facilities requirements, and a firm‑fixed‑price quote. The solicitation requires electronic submission of three separate proposal parts by October 5, 2026, with questions due by September 23, 2026. Lease‑to‑ownership financing may be used for a 48‑month term.
