LIGHTING INSTALLATION

The Saginaw Public Schools is seeking a contractor to perform a lighting installation project at multiple buildings. The project involves the installation of new LED lighting fixtures, retrofitting of existing fixtures, and removal of old fixtures. The contractor will be responsible for providing all necessary labor, materials, and equipment to complete the project. The project is expected to be completed by August 1, 2026. • The project includes the installation of new fixtures in classrooms, halls, offices, and other areas. • The contractor will be required to provide a detailed construction schedule and coordination with other subcontractors. • The project requires compliance with all applicable safety regulations and standards. • The contractor will be responsible for updating the proposed lighting room-by-room with as-built conditions. • The project includes the measurement and verification of energy consumption before and after the installation.
