Description
Manchester Water Works is seeking a qualified contractor to perform trench milling, pavement milling, and hot‑bitumen overlay work on approximately 4,000 square yards of city streets during the 2026 construction season. The work includes milling existing surfaces, placing binder and wearing‑course asphalt, tack‑coating, saw‑cutting, traffic control, and compliance with all city, state, and OSHA safety requirements. The contract is a one‑year sealed‑bid agreement (with possible extensions up to three years) and requires the contractor to provide full insurance, performance and payment bonds, and a $10,000 maintenance bond.
