Description
The West Virginia Department of Environmental Protection Office of Oil and Gas is soliciting bids to establish a contract for the Construction/Reclamation/Plugging Project in Lewis County on nine wells collectively known as Lewis Co. Group A - South Well Plugging Package. The project includes well plugging and reclamation services.
• The project requires a mandatory pre-bid meeting on June 17, 2026, at 9:00 am eastern.
• Bids must be submitted electronically through wvOASIS by July 1, 2026, at 10:30 am.
• The contract term will be determined based on the category identified as applicable to this contract.
• The contractor must maintain workers' compensation insurance and furnish proof of insurance upon request.
• The contractor must comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, regulations, and ordinances.
