Description
The State of Minnesota is seeking a contractor to provide survey, mapping, and GPS equipment, including related software and accessories, on an as-needed basis to State Agencies and members of the Cooperative Purchasing Venture (CPV) Program. The contract term is anticipated to be from February 1, 2026, to October 31, 2027, with the option to extend up to an additional 36 months. Responders are encouraged to provide a wide range of products in the survey, mapping, and GPS categories.
• The State will evaluate responses based on acceptance of State's Terms and Conditions, Narrative Response, Accessibility of Services or Products, Cost Detail, and Preference Points.
• The State reserves the right to reject any and all responses, waive or modify any informalities, irregularities, or inconsistencies in the responses received, and negotiate with the highest scoring Responder.
