Description
The Department of the Air Force is seeking a contractor to maintain exterior finishes at Malmstrom AFB, MT. The project includes removing and replacing damaged windows and doors, performing asbestos and lead paint abatement, and disposing of demolished building materials. The contractor will be responsible for providing all labor, materials, equipment, and incidentals necessary to complete the project. The contract will be a firm fixed price contract with a five-year ordering period and an estimated overall contract ceiling of $4,500,000.00.
