Boilermatic Welding Industries, Inc. is bidding the Queensborough Community College High Temp HW Piping Replacement between Admin & Science Bldgs & HazMat Abatement project. Scope is to replace HTHW lines between administration and science buildings with associated hazardous material abatement rooms Scope includes: Asbestos Abatement: Removal of waterproofing on manhole and building exteriors; flange gaskets at piping connections. Support of Excavations: Provide temporary structural support and protection for existing excavations through the use of sheeting, lagging, and shoring systems. Civil Scope: Excavation & Site Restoration; Removal and restoration of hexagonal pavers between buildings.
