Description
The University of North Texas System is seeking a developer to design, build, and finance a new residence hall and innovation center on its main campus in Denton, TX. The project will include approximately 1,000 community-oriented beds and 28,000 sf of ground floor space for the innovation center. The developer will be responsible for delivering the project on-time and on-budget, and will be expected to demonstrate experience in collaborating with universities to develop housing and mixed-use P3 projects.
• The project will be delivered through a public-private partnership (P3) structure.
